Advita Pflegedienst introduces the all-in-one procurement solution from Onventis.
advita Pflegedienst GmbH has been operating nationwide since 1994, is one of the largest care services in Germany with more than 50 branches and around 3,000 employees and has been part of the DomusVi Group since 2021. advita provides care and support in residential communities, assisted living, day care facilities and at home and provides care for patients in need of intensive care. The advita homes combine these services under one roof.
As a care service provider, advita attaches great importance to indirect purchasing in order to ensure reliable care. To this end, the company chose the Onventis Buyer solution to optimize both operational and strategic procurement processes and make them more efficient. The project focused on the introduction of structured procedures in the areas of procure-to-pay, supplier management, catalogue management and product group management. Particular attention was paid to the customer’s internal change management through the introduction of a new procurement guideline.
